Olivos del Sur SAC is an agro-industrial company, dedicated since its beginning to the production, the processing, the distribution and the exportation of bulk table olives.
Later, the company as a strategy of expansion, decided to diversify its production, by giving to the olive an added value thanks to the production of Olive oil, tapenades and prepared and stuffed olives for the internal and external markets.
Furthermore, we produce apple vinegar and we expand our production to natural oils which are exclusively extracted by cold pressing, that is to say without using chemical procedures, in order to guarantee to the final consumer that oils arrive in the same nature.
With regards to the oil, we emphasize the qualities and the incomparable characteristics, those of the Sacha Inchi (Plukenetia Volubilis) seeds, the only vegetal and organic source of Omega 3 and 6 in the world.
The factory is located in the district of Yauca, Department of Arequipa at 576 km to the South of Lima, fertile valley with a special climate to produce olives of Peru of the highest quality which come from 300 year old olive-trees, seeded by the Spanish conquerors and that by tradition have come producing and improving genetically. The quality of our products is controlled under the strictest norms that demand the international market at the moment.
We commercialize our products with our own brands such as Olivos del sur, Nuestro Olivar and Oleomega. Moreover, we package for prestigious foods companies, self-services, pharmaceuticals laboratories and natural products stores in their own brands.
Our central office of administration and sale is located in the city of Lima, Av. Les Rosales 321 - 323, Huertos de Lurín. From this location we carry out the distribution to all outlets as well as wholesales distributors at national level. We also deal with the export, mainly going to Brazil, Venezuela, the United States, Canada and Mexico. |
